Public beta terms
Permitted use
You may use Qelly for lawful education, research, analysis and personal decision support. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you enter and for independently validating consequential decisions.
Prohibited use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, cross-user data access, abuse of free-tier resources, security testing without permission, malicious imports, unlawful scraping, provider-terms circumvention, spam, credential collection or use of Qelly to execute trades, custody assets or handle private keys or seed phrases.
Accounts and synchronization
When authentication is activated, keep your account secure and use official verification and recovery flows. Cloud synchronization is optional. Do not upload information you are not authorized to process. Qelly may suspend protected writes to preserve security, data integrity or free-tier limits.
Providers and attribution
Connected provider data remains subject to the provider's terms, attribution and availability. Qelly may disable a provider when authorization, licensing, quota or product-truth requirements are not met.
No advice, warranty or guaranteed availability
Qelly is provided for public-beta evaluation without a promise of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, investment performance, fitness for a particular purpose or regulated professional advice. Nothing in Qelly creates a fiduciary relationship.
Intellectual property
Qelly's code, brand, documentation and third-party components are governed by their applicable repository licenses, notices and provider terms. User-provided content remains the user's responsibility.
Changes and termination
These terms may change as the beta develops. Material changes should be versioned and displayed. Access may be restricted for abuse, security risk, legal requirements or free-tier capacity protection.
